Post Op Rehab

Total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, shoulder stabilisation, knee reconstruction, our physios will work step by step throughout the surgical rehabilitation protocols with you.

Spinal Injuries

We have highly specialised back and neck physios with years of experience.  In particular, our team works with both acute and chronic symptoms. Spinal injuries may progress with further symptoms including headaches, and lower limb referral/sciatica.

Arthritis Treatment

Arthritis can affect many joints and be severely painful and disabling. Our team can help with advice around activity management, manual therapy and exercises to improve joint movement, muscle strength and overall daily activities.

Work/Overuse Injuries

Our experts can provide you with ergonomic assessments, advice and education on how to manage/adjust work activities, and rehabilitation programs to put these issues behind you.
